Originally from Lac-Mégantic, Nicolas has always been drawn to sports, particularly hockey, road cycling, swimming, and volleyball. Having had the chance to grow up in a gym, he started training at a very young age to improve his performance in these disciplines.

Over time, his passion developed for bodybuilding and powerlifting. In recent years, he has expanded his horizons with crossfit, weightlifting, and strongman. As a physiotherapist specializing in strength sports, he firmly believes that there is always a way to surpass oneself; it starts with listening to your body.


Originaire de Lac-Mégantic, Nicolas a toujours été attiré par le sport, notamment le hockey, le vélo de route, la natation et le volleyball. Ayant eu la chance de grandir dans un gym, il a commencé à s’entraîner très jeune pour améliorer ses performances dans ces disciplines.

Au fil du temps, sa passion s’est développée pour le bodybuilding et le powerlifting. Ces dernières années, il a élargi ses horizons avec le crossfit, le weightlifting et le strongman. En tant que physiothérapeute spécialisé en sports de force, il croit fermement qu’il y a toujours moyen de se dépasser, il s’agit de commencer par s’écouter.

Le yoga fait partie de la vie de Kate depuis aussi longtemps qu’elle se souvienne. Il lui a enseigné l’équilibre, la force et la manière de trouver le calme au milieu du tumulte de la vie. Pendant des années, sa pratique l’a maintenue ancrée et libre de toute douleur.

Tout a changé pendant sa grossesse, lorsqu’elle a ressenti pour la première fois un inconfort réel et durable. Cela lui a donné une nouvelle compréhension de ce que signifie vivre dans un corps en constante évolution et parfois douloureux. Depuis, Kate a fait de sa mission d’aider les gens à se sentir bien dans leur corps — soutenus, forts et à l’aise — à chaque étape de la vie. Son approche du massage allie la sagesse du yoga à un profond respect des rythmes naturels du corps, aidant ses clients à se détendre, soulager leurs douleurs et se reconnecter à eux-mêmes.


Yoga has been part of Kate’s life for as long as she can remember. It taught her balance, strength, and how to find calm in the middle of life’s noise. For years, her practice kept her grounded and free from pain.

That changed during her pregnancy, when she first experienced real, lasting discomfort. It gave her a new understanding of what it means to live in a body that’s constantly changing and sometimes hurting. Since then, Kate has made it her mission to help people feel good in their bodies—supported, strong, and at ease—through every stage of life. Her massage work blends the wisdom of yoga with a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms, helping clients relax, release pain, and reconnect with themselves.

Jordan graduated with a Master’s in Physical Therapy from McGill University. While studying under world class rehabilitation science researchers, he conducted research with the aim of changing the school’s curriculum to include a much more robust strength coaching education for its Physical Therapy students. Jordan obtained his Master’s with a decade of experience as a Strength Coach and Personal Training Specialist.

Jordan is an expert at treating all of your aches and pains whether you are an athlete or not, and he is one of the top experts in Quebec when it comes to rehabilitation and management of pain in all gym/barbell sports (Powerlifting, Crossfit, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, etc.)

With Jordan you will get a clear answer as to what is bothering you, why, and what you can do about it. He will help you create a plan that makes sense to you, to achieve goals that are meaningful to you. Whether you had a traumatic injury or are bothered by a pain that seems to have come out of nowhere, whether you just want to walk or run normally again, or lift heavier weights than before, Jordan is the right therapist for you.

In his free time, Jordan is a Powerlifter, plays videogames, enjoys woodworking and cooking.
